Cancellation Policy

  • Order for Home Furnishing /Home Decor / Houseware / Kitchenware cannot be cancelled.
  • You can cancel your order or a part of your order online on in.danubehome.com as long as you do so before it has been processed.
  • Please note, you cannot cancel products you’ve bought during a SALE/DEALS.
  • Once you’ve cancelled an order, your refund will be credited to your card, bank account or wallet after we’ve finished processing the cancellation, original mode of payment.
  • We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us.
  • If the product was not received in good condition, we may repair/replace the part/component/product under warranty terms.
  • Product cannot be refunded/cancelled unless it has non-repairable manufacturing defects.

Knowing your Product: Accessories shown in the photograph are only for representation and are not part of the product. Changes of temperature and atmospheric moisture content may cause some movement. The actual product color, fabric and upholstery may have a slight variance from the product image depending on your screen settings, resolution and photography or fabric print.

Your Delivery: For all items that are expected to stand, ensure that the item is steady and straight. Unevenness up to 5 mm happens due to difference in surfaces and floor levels and is an accepted industry standard. Bushes will have to be attached to balance the item. Cancellations: No cancellations will be accepted once an order is dispatched.

EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

Goods are returned within 48Hours from the date of purchase, we shall offer Exchange or Credit note of the invoice value, providing the following conditions are maintained

Goods are in working condition, Goods are free from any Scratch or Damage, Goods are NOT opened OR Repacked in the Original Packing Goods are un-used and not installed

All spare parts & accessories are returned in original packing along with packed items

Once the order is dispatched from warehouse, will not be refunded/ cancelled unless it has non-repairable manufacturing damages

The Exchange or Credit Note process will be initiated once received the products, in proper and original nature. Refunds will be processed in less than 10-15working days the payment was by Credit

Card or Net-Banking, refund will be credited to Credit Card or Net-Banking If the payment mode was Cheque only, Cheque will be initiated If the product delivered damaged or defective customer can report to customer support team within 24 hours of delivery via email with must attach images of the product dearly

1. Danube Home offers a minimum of 12 months warranty on all the products which cover manufacturer’s defects only.

2. Milano products warranty asper mentioned in the original pack.

3. We offer 6 months warranty on Garden furniture.

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION POLICY

HOME DELIVERY

We would be delighted to Offer FREE HOME DELIVERY across India services at our valued customer's door steps when:

  1. Any Invoice Value Exceeds INR 10,000/ Except Cash & Carry Products
  2. Multiple Purchases with a common delivery date & having total invoices adding up to minimum purchase of INR 10,000/-
  3. During PART SALE/MEGA SALE/Other Campaigns/Promotions delivery day should be 10-15 Working days

MINIMUM DELIVERY/INSTALLATION TIME

Minimum Delivery/Installation will be

  1. 5-7 days from the date of invoice/Sales Order except made to measure rolls/products.
  2. Made to order items delivery and installation will be informed to customer at the time of order confirmation
  3. 10-15 days from the date of invoice/Sales Order during PART SALE/PROMOTION TIME

Installation of the delivered items will be done on 2-3 days of delivery

We are not doing installation for any Tiles and Sanitary; we do FREE installations only in products like Shower Rooms & Jacuzzi's.

DELIVERY CHARGES:

Delivery charges are applicable in following cases

  • Remote Areas or Non – Serviceable Area
  • Below minimum purchase
    1. Outstation Delivery - If customer wants delivery in out station and he wants to take delivery in transportation services Company is not responsible for any transit damages after Handover the stocks to transport services and no warranty will be claimed
    2. If Service lift is not permitted or available at the time of delivery premises, or if the product won't fit in available lift, the same has to be declared well in advance at the time of booking
    3. Delivery charges are non-refunded once performed
