RETURN POLICY

Original Invoice is mandatory for the Exchange / Credit Note / Returns. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, we shall be able to honor any request for Exchange / Returns or Credit Note if the below points are not followed.

Patrons are requested to check the quality, working condition of the items, during purchase and after installation, to avoid any inconvenience.

If any damage is not reported during purchase & installation, we shall not be liable to offer any Exchange, Credit note or Refund.

If the delivery is returned after confirming by customer, delivery charges will be paid by customer of INR1000.

  • Our quality control team will inspect the product to validate the manufacturing defect within 4 working days after the complaint is registered.
  • Damage caused due to misuse / accident / negligence/ DIY incorrectly installed /wrongly cleaned / natural causes will not be considered as manufacturing defect.

What happens after pick up? – Once the product is picked up, we will credit the amount in your wallet for further purchases within 72Hrs which will be valid for 6 months.

NOTE:

  • There can be a minute difference in fabric color and wood finish between the images here and the actual product. This is caused by the difference in screen calibrations and resolutions across different displays.
  • Product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings
  • It is acceptable to have a slight mismatch in dimensions.

We want you to feel completely satisfied with the products you have purchased for your home. Our products are carefully crafted and curated to suit different design aesthetics while being highly functional. Each of our products goes through a stringent quality check before we bring it home to you.

How long will it take for me to receive refund?

Our refund process takes 4 to 8 working days from the day we receive the item back in the warehouse. We do not offer Cash refunds. In case of orders paid in cash, you may submit a copy of your Cancelled Cheque and PAN card details , we’ll issue Online Transfer to your account.

Can products I purchased on discount be returned in whole or in part?

Yes, you can return products you purchased on discount but you will lose the discount.

Can I return a product that was part of a buy 1 get 1 free offer or a combo promo?

Return in part will not be possible in such case. You may give our customer support team a call or raise a return request online.

My order value qualified me for free shipping but I wish to return part of the order. Will shipping charges be deducted?

Yes, we will deduct shipping charges and Cash on delivery charges from the refund amount.

I paid for my order online using my credit/debit card. If I were to make a return, how long will it take for my refund to get credited in my account?

If you paid by credit/debit card, it will take 5-7 business days for us to receive the returned product and another 2 business days to check the quality of the item and then process the refund. Your bank may take up to 7-10 business days to process the transaction.

Will my GST be refunded when I return a product?

Yes, your GST will be refunded too. Please be sure to include your invoice when making the return. Your GST credit note also will share.

If I were to pay for my order partly using my credit/debit card and partly using my Danube Home wallet, how will my refund be calculated?

The amount you paid by card will be refunded to your bank account in 7-10 business days depending on your bank and the amount paid from the Danube Home wallet will be credited to the wallet in 48 hours. You can also opt to get the full refund to your Danube Home wallet.

Payments made using the Danube Home wallet will not be credited to your bank account.

How can I use my Credit Note?

Credit Note must be used on the website within 6 months. Online credit cannot be used in the showroom. Email us at [email protected] or WhatsApp us on +91 9100099590 with the details of the product you wish to buy using the credit note.

Please note credit request may take 2 working days to be fulfilled.
